Quality ControlWe adopt full-process standardized quality control for FRP products and bridge rubber supports, covering raw material inspection, in-process supervision and finished product testing in strict accordance with international and EU engineering standards. For FRP products, we strictly check resin and glass fiber quality before production and precisely control molding and curing processes. All finished products undergo systematic tests on tensile and compressive performance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance to guarantee stable performance in harsh environments. For bridge rubber supports, we qualify rubber and steel plate raw materials in advance and strictly regulate rubber mixing, vulcanization and rubber-steel bonding procedures to avoid delamination. Every batch is sampled and tested for bearing capacity, shear resistance, seismic performance and fatigue durability. All production procedures are professionally supervised and fully documented by our QC team. With strict zero-defect quality management, we consistently deliver reliable, durable and high-standard products for global infrastructure projects. -

Company HistoryFiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) and laminated bridge rubber bearings are essential composite materials for infrastructure and transportation industries, boasting over a century of mature industrial development worldwide.
